We are a family-owned full-service Real Estate and Property Management Company serving Delta and Montrose counties. Susan and Amy are both Licensed Realtors with 30+ years of combined experience. Susan has lived in Delta since l96l and Amy was born and raised here. Susan purchased Aardvark Realty in 2007, and Amy has since become a Co-owner. Amy is the one with the better computer and technology skills while Susan is more "old school". As mother and daughter, we work well together to cover all aspects.
