My husband and I arrived home from town this afternoon to find our recycling bin thrown down a hill onto rocks and contents of the bin were strew all over. Both the Recycling Bin AND the Trash Bin are damaged. The Trash Bin is still full of garbage. There was quite obviously NO ATTEMPT to clean up the mess the Collection Team left. Your Rating is F minus.
