My name is Arthurene Simpson! My time with Pinamonti was very rewarding! Why? My surgeon told me I had to have physical therapy per insurance before I could have surgery approved! Tried to get set up and I could not get it where I usually go! I have four areas on my done that is affecting my nerves! Did not know how I could wait and go through more hoops! When I called the receptionist she told me because of all the run around, and the pain I was living with they were going to get me in! A few minutes later she called me back and had an appointment for me! Therapist took me in stretched my back and when I finished, I was able to actually walk with decreased pain! By the time I did the second treatment, I thought this would be the answer! However third time I was getting back to pain again! Notified Pinamonti’s and we tried one more appointment I believe, but it was not working! They were great helping me with exercises at home to do, however the total outcome was not what our hope was that I would not have to do surgery surgery! Pain returned with a vengence! Just want to let them know I thank every person that I spoke to and all the wise help you shared with men
