I’ve used Brent at Peterson Lock and key 3-4 times over the last 10 years and he’s………..AWESOME!!!! He’s has always arrived when he said he would or the one time he was late he called well in advance to let me know he was going to be a little late when unforeseen delaying events occurred. He’s friendly, courteous, funny, and his rates are fair and reasonable. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone I know. 🙂👍

Yes, I locked my only keys to my truck in my truck along with my wallet and cell phone. My wife called Peterson Lock n Key in Monett 12 miles away. He came out earlier than expected, worked like crazy to push the rounded lock button on my Tundra…no luck. So he gathered all our information and went back to Monett, made a new key that opened the door and started the truck. He stayed with it for 3 hours but got er done! I’ve not experienced excellent customer service like that in a while… and his charge was very reasonable! Thank you so much for your expertise work to our satisfaction! Very friendly fast and effective. It’s nice when you call this company. You actually talk to the person that’s going to come open your car or your house. I didn’t get the gentleman’s name, but I do know that he’s a local person. It’s good to support local people who have been in business for many years.
