We hired him to paint interior and do some patchwork on the walls and some demolition. Paid him $10,000 and still had to buy sheet rock and then we bought the 2nd round of sheet rock, he made the excuse, that he couldn't do it because we bought the wrong sheet rock. Then, because of the demolition, we had him put the appliances along the wall and he didn't even move the appliances to paint, so only 2 of the 3 garage wall are painted. We asked him to come back and finish said he would this weekend, here it is Saturday at 5:30 and still no Bill.

This guy still owes me close to $4,000 for exterior work that was contract for and never completed. Nothing but excuse after excuse until I had to hire a credible contractor to do the job that I had paid lloyd to do. Do not use this guy. Run away.
