Steve is a true no nonsense pro. He let me walk around the store at my pace checking out the different beds like Goldy locks. He also went out of his way to deliver my new mattress the same day. I’m very happy with my new bed! I will be a return customer.

Timberline is great. They replaced the sofa mechanisms that support the mattresses on my sleeper sofas. I spent several weeks researching the replacement everywhere I could find and Steve at Timberline took replaced them. I had anticipated having to replace the sofas at great expense.

I’ve been shopping at Timberline for years… I had bought a mattress there a few years ago and went into Timberline to replace it. They said it was still under warranty and refunded the whole price for me and applied the funds to a new mattress. All done in a timely manner. Very good service ! I recommend Timberline!

Oh my gosh!! I love my new bed. I was in three or four times trying to decide and Vivian was so helpful and patient. When I finally made my choice I called on the phone at 11:45 and it was delivered by 1!! They carried it up steep narrow steps and took the old one away. I just couldn’t have been happier - that is until I had my first night’s sleep! Yahoooo

We bought a new mattress from Timberline the other day! They have a large amount of samples on the floor that we tried out. Vivian answered all of our questions, told us to take our time and never made us feel rushed.
When it came time for delivery, Steve and Greg accommodated our schedule. And they made it seem effortless when I was worried that the new larger size might not fit through our tight hallway! So happy, we shopped local… go check them out:) Thanks Timberline!
