RUN from the owner Janet Camilletti! She violated an agreement I had with her and broke the law in doing so. She had my prepaid deposit and our signed agreement for almost 3 months than decided to lease my property to another group?! She said she could do what she wants - NOT! Oly if I "materially defaulted." It was one week before the big game application deadline causing me to change seasons, spend thousands more on a different property and forfeit hundreds on a rental house. My rating would be zero 0 if I could. She is a BAD character and will sabotage you!!!!
