Here, at Mountain Bay Dental, LLC, we are a family owned practice that provides dental care to patients of all ages. It is one of our top priorities to protect the well-being of our valued patients and provide dentistry at an affordable price. We proudly provide discounts to Senior Citizen's Heroes - Military, Policeman, Firefighters, and Paramedics. At Mountain Bay Dental, LLC, we accept most insurances and participate with many PPO plans. We proudly accept Forward Health patients of all ages and all counties. We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits.

We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. For patients who require major work, a complete payment plan is designed with an appropriate payment schedule. Forms of payment accepted by the office are cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and CareCredit.

• Monday: 8 am - 5 pm (EVERY OTHER)
• Tuesday: 8 am - Noon & 1 pm - 5 pm
• Wednesday: 8 am - Noon & 1 pm - 6 pm
• Thursday: 8 am - Noon and 1 pm - 5 pm
• Friday: 8 am - 5 pm (EVERY OTHER)

(Closed Saturday & Closed Sunday)
