tradeswomen, we specialize in comprehensive property services including general building, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and utility line work for both residential and
commercial clients.

Founded by Bob Draper and now co-owned by Ky Sturges, Kabir Cain, and Jason Struck, our company prides itself on family values, hard work, and
a friendly approach to solving complex mechanical challenges. We understand the stress that comes with unexpected home and business repairs, which is why we offer
reliable, expert solutions with a personal touch.

Our team brings a combined experience of 10-20 years per technician, ensuring high-quality service for every project – from
emergency repairs to custom installations. We're committed to bringing basic needs like water, power, and heat to homes and businesses, always striving to exceed customer
expectations.

Located at 1217 Gusdorf Rd. in Taos, we operate Monday through Friday from 7am to 4pm, ready to tackle any mechanical challenge with professionalism and
