I have used the office in Branson to handle 2
6 month policies for me. The new change of having to pay for roadside assistance became a problem. Tow service charged in picking up my vehicle. Insurance paid for it. I never got reimbursed for 2 tows having to do this... So the tow company got paid twice. And I was required to pay $9 extra to even have roadside assistance. I still have not been reimbursed and requested to be several times. It seems agents are expecting me to do this procedure, when this is their job to do.
