he Old Furniture Warehouse and event center started as a project in 2000 when Bonded Consulting Services purchased the warehouse located in downtown Zillah, WA. Over the years, we've worked to restore the 100 year old historic Old Perham fruit warehouse into a unique restaurant and event center. This fabulous historical warehouse is smack dab in the middle of Zillah, is super EASY to find, and right off the highway between exit 50 and 52. 


The Restaurant, now called, "The Chophouse" at The Old Warehouse is under new ownership and has an outstanding new menu prepared by Chophouse Executive Chef, Steve Muller, which features the best burgers in the valley, Nashville hot thighs, crab cakes, shrimp scampi, steaks, seafood, and house cured pastrami and franks. The Chophouse at The Old Warehouse is a great spot for families and visiting wine enthusiasts. 


The Old Warehouse Event Center also offers rental services for events including weddings, reunions, business meetings, corporate retreats, holiday parties, etc.
