I’m Caydance Welters a Realtor raised in a family that built their life around honest hard work, Faith, and community. I grew up helping my parents with their rental properties and working at the family business, Welter’s Farm Supply, which taught me responsibility and how to handle pretty much anything with a level head.

From painting walls to power-washing houses, I’ve been around real estate long before I ever became an agent. I’m also active in my community through 4-H leadership, sports, and local connections that have shaped who I am. I’ve had incredible mentors who’ve guided me, and I want to bring that same mix of grit, honesty, and heart into every transaction.

My goal is simple: show up, work hard, treat people right, and build real relationships not just closings. I’m excited to earn your trust and help you take the next step with confidence.
