For fifteen years, for my own home and for many others (years ago, as president of our HOA), I have contracted with Steve Craig Custom Painting & Construction LLC, for many projects -- painting, parapet remediation, construction, and more (both interior and exterior). Steve, his family members, his regular subcontractors, and his staff have been outstanding. Not only are they highly skilled, but they, without exception, are genuinely dedicated to their customers. And they follow through, as needed occasionally, with return visits for quality control and touch-ups. Steve and his team are wonderful!

I really enjoyed working with the company. They honestly fixed what was needed and left the existing structure where appropriate. Initially was hopeful that there would be enough fluff in the original bid to endure more of the pain of extra costs, but I understand unforeseen conditions. Deck and handrail system looks great, we are very happy
