I am a builder and have worked with Arrowhead Drafting for 10 years and we've done probably 20 house plans together. It's been a wonderful experience working with him since he knows what's needed for the local counties and cities in the mountains. I highly recommend using his service. Love his website since he can offer house plans at a fair price and have them ready for you in 24 hours.

My experience with Arrowhead Drafting was poor at best. David the owner of Arrowhead Drafting was not truthful about his knowledge of local building code and tried to send me in a direction that he wanted me to go. Before he got started on drafting my home I asked for a refund and he agreed. He told me that he applied the refund to my account but as of date I have Not received the refund as promised.
