Grand Mesa Observatory is a nonprofit organization that will provide hands-on experiences and educational opportunities to help foster a passion for astronomy and science in western Colorado as well as throughout the United States. Our goal is to help inspire the next generation of American scientists, astronomers, and STEM educators by providing access to world-class facilities and educational opportunities by either in person hands-on or remote control of the telescopes in the observatory
