Established in 1988, PrimeHealth+ offers our patients a “healthcare home,” a place where they can come for ALL their healthcare needs. PrimeHealth+ accepts Medicaid, Medicare, CICP, uninsured and some commercial insurance. A sliding scale discount program is available to anyone and is based on family income and household size. We provide a wide scope of primary health care services to all Mesa County residents regardless of income or insurance status.
