My appointment with the Business Owner was suppose to begin at 9:55am on a Saturday morning. She scheduled my 2nd appointment 6 weeks from my 1st appointment with her and I told her that I would be there early since she has a policy that you must arrive 5 minutes early or your appointment would be shortened or canceled. I was under the impression I would be the 1st appointment since her posted opening hours on a Saturday begins at 10:00am. She was 35 minutes late for my appointment and when I complained to her she canceled my appointment and threatened to call the police. She acted in a total disrespectful manner especially after I spent $565.00 on my 1st appointment with her and getting upset with me for following her 5 minute arrival policy prior to my appointment time.
