Southwest Builders started my home build but walked off the job after completing 90% of the work. My only complaint with Doug was that he was unable to control costs and keep a schedule. One example was a time when he informed me on a Friday that a new sub comtractor was needed on Monday to complete work that i could have performed in i was given more notice.
