My experience with the health clinic has improved 100% since you have changed personnel & so many of the Providers. When I first moved here 10 years ago, I refused to go to any health services because of the things I had heard & seen. About 5 years ago I had to rake my late husband to the ER several times. I also got to know one or two of the hospital staff, & they spoke of how the both the hospital & the clinic had improved greatly. I Aaron Jasso for 2-3 years before he moved. He was a great member that you lost. I was very leery of the changes after he left. But, I must say, things have improved tremendously. Your office staff seems more professional & easier to work with. They are much more professional & knowledgeable. Alix, your patient specialist, is great! I met the young lady twice, & both times, she has been friendly, asked lots of questions & did everything she could to make sure I was getting the care & help I not only felt I needed, but she made suggestions I hadn’t thought about. But I must tell you, the best thing you did was to bring in Dr. Aco! She is the diamond over the clinic! She is extremely knowledgeable, questions her patients to get all the information she can from them, she listens to their concerns & to make sure the patient understands what she is asking & in turn say to them. She goes to great strides to care for here patients & help them & their families understand. She also listens to both what the patients & their family’s concerns are. I know, she has called me at home twice to get me in immediately because she felt it was necessary. She has my whole family’s support. The nursing staff here is also more supportive & much better prepared. The health perspective for this town has grown tremendously with this current change in personnel, their educational status, & the new uniform directives have made all made tremendous changes for the betterment of this community.
