Some stories are just too good to be true! This is one that is not only true, but truly inspiring! Several years ago Michelle and Ryan visited me at the original The Lost Cajun in Frisco, Co. and told me that they wanted to open a Lost Cajun in Pagosa Springs, Co. After discussing the cost and mechanics of opening a store they told me that they would get back to me shortly. After several weeks they came back and said they were ready to go and that they had an angel investor that was going to help them get started.
