I recommend entrusting someone other than the owners of Triple L Contracting for your needs. While I cannot speak to the quality of their work, my regrettable familiarity with the owners through a contractural business relationship has been disastrous. They continue to wrongfully withhold our property (five-figure value) and called the Sheriff to trespass us from retrieving said property. Despite the fact we had a contract and maintain documentation proving our ownership of said property, the Liparis are continuing hostile, aggressive, and threatening conduct. They are now claiming to be entitled to renovations including brand new flooring, dry wall, painting, etc. of a four-bedroom house without reasonable cause. They have hired an attorney with a public disciplinary record that has repeatedly threatened me and my family, including my elderly Mother, who has been in the ICU during this nonsense. If you want trustworthy contractors who will honor their agreements and not target you with baseless legal threats from their shameful attorney they cannot afford, go with someone else! Best of luck!
