I bought a car from Dominion car llc on April 18 - 2025, paid in full. He kept on asking for more money. I overpaid him and still my car won’t pass inspection, he’s holding on to my bill of sale and title, so I recently took them to court. Unprofessional service, very rude. They are all unserious. This is my worst nightmare.

During the purchase process, I had a few concerns and issues that have only escalated since taking possession of the vehicle. When I first inquired about the car's USB charger, the sales representative (Bruce) told me there was no USB jack, and that he had unplugged everything prior to bringing the car to me. I didn’t think much of it at the time, but after completing the transaction, Bruce requested a ride to Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) and mentioned he needed to return the dealer plate. He assured me that I would receive a temporary plate shortly after, despite me expressing concern about driving the car illegally without it. Against my better judgment, I trusted his word and proceeded with the drive. While driving home, my phone battery was at 4%, so I stopped at Target to purchase a charging adapter. Unfortunately, they didn’t have the cigarette lighter adapter I needed. As soon as I started the car after leaving Target, the check engine light came on. My phone was now at 2%, and I used what little battery was left to call Bruce. I told him that I wanted a refund due to the car’s issues. In response, Bruce assured me that he would fix the problem and asked me if I needed him to come fuck me as well, mentioning he was drunk and would speak with me later. The next day, I told Bruce I was open to purchasing a car warranty but wanted to negotiate a partial refund. He offered me $450, but given I paid $7,500 for the car, this is not a fair resolution considering the issues with the vehicle. Not only does the engine light remain on, but the sunroof shade doesn’t close, and the cigarette lighter is not receiving any power. Bruce admitted he was aware of these issues but assured me he would help resolve them. However, he has since stopped responding to my messages. I have repeatedly asked for my money back and explained that the car will not pass inspection and is not safe to be on the road. The car is not usable in its current condition. Additionally, I had to register the car immediately as my building does not allow unregistered or illegal vehicles on the property. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter.
