Since 1913 the Lubbock Chamber has served as a unified voice for business by actively advocating for a pro-job, pro-growth, pro-business climate. This non-profit organization represents more than 1,400 member-businesses on the South Plains.

The Chamber received its 5-Star Accreditation from the United State Chamber of Commerce not once but three times. Accreditation endorses excellence in chamber planning and recognizes chambers for outstanding contributions toward positive change in their communities. Only 2 percent of chambers nationwide have this designation.
