Stay away from Kreft Tree Service I signed a contract with Kreft Tree Service that was supposed to be a guarantee of completion in 45 days. It’s now been 2 months, and here’s how he conducted business: After signing his contract and taking my deposit, he never once reached out to me again. As the 45 days approached, I had to start calling and texting him. Each time, I finally got nothing but excuses or empty promises of new start dates that he never showed up for. At one point, he parked his truck in front of my house for two days, promising the job would be done by the weekend. Instead, he disappeared without a word and went to work another job, clearly choosing projects that were more convenient or profitable. After two months of waiting, broken promises, and no communication that wasn’t initiated by me first, his final response was that he “might” start my job if another job fell through that day...the same day he told me he was starting on mine. That was it. I fired him and requested my deposit back. He had already breached his contract date. He has ignored every request and still hasn’t returned it. At this point, it’s clear he plans on keeping the money for a job he refused to do and for no other reason. To make things worse, he offers “discounts” in exchange for fake positive reviews, which should tell you everything about how he operates. Kreft Tree Service is dishonest, unprofessional, unreliable, and untrustworthy. He didn’t just waste our time and delay other projects, he stole our deposit. Hire at your own risk.
