Angie was quick to respond and follow through, very friendly and courteous. Stephen and Daven were prompt, professional and explained all they were doing in an easily understood manner. Very polite.
My objection is not the pricing of the diagnostic or service call fees. Those were more than fair. My objection is to the extreme price gouging of the capacitor. It's a $50 part and you charged $301.18.

Top quality work. Two techs came out and serviced my AC. They also inspect my forced air heater for serviceability. They gave me good feedback on my filter system. A follow-up visit is planned to add filters.
