Very poor service from Crystal Clear Plumbing. I do NOT recommend. They showed up at my house unannounced and didn’t contact me until AFTER they were at my house. They never called or even notified me that they had scheduled an appointment time. They showed up to my house at a bad time (in the middle of an important meeting). They said they made this appointment with our home warranty service (which hires companies to do home maintenance). However, I have NEVER experienced this issue with any of the other maintenance companies that the home warranty service has sent out. Other maintenance companies always call in advance. Crystal Clear Plumbing didn’t call me or even notify me that they were coming. They clearly had my phone number since they called me immediately after they came to my house. Crystal Clear Plumbing left me a voicemail and I returned their call the next day. The receptionist said “we’ll call you back”. They never called me back. They later claimed that I had never called them. Either they really dropped the ball, or they are incompetent. Not satisfied with their response either. They didn’t seem to care.
