They are liars and cheat. Especially if you a buying for a simple DIY project, re: rear brake cable. They will tell you everything is standard when it is NOT. I tried and tried, but this is the wrong part because it doesn't seat properly. My rig up worked better. There is a round part on top of the rhombus. They want to charge me again for the part and labor. They will likely try and sell me a new brake configuration. These people are horrible cheaters and liars
