I had you come and service the unit. The cost was ~$150… you recommended a 10k unit bc the unit wasn’t able to be repaired. It would have been appropriate to credit me the 150.00 if I had signed a contract… you serviced (cleaned) a unit that was broken. Just feels like you were taking advantage of the situation. You have been servicing that unit 2x a year since 2016…I was loyal to you.. I went w someone who charged 8,900.00, the unit was bigger than what you recommended , and it was installed the next week…

You but an air conditioning unit in that was too big for our house. This caused it to keep freezing up and not work. The guys installing it kept leaving to go to van and smoke weed and were high. This also caused a carbon monoxide leak from the furnace unit. We had to call another company to fix it after many tries from you and an awful response when asked to remove the unit.

Got right out a fixed my problem!! My old air conditioner went done. They did not try to up-sale me and try to get me to buy a new unit. Fixed my old one with no complaints and saved me a ton of cash. I couldn’t say enough good thinks about Air X-Treme. Just an honest company in a day an age where nobody cares…. Air X-Treme cares!!!
