I wish I could give this company a zero rating. This goes to this lot the towing company and the apartment complex! It's a complete scam and a money extorting how they hunt for vehicles at night but not just any vehicles the nicest ones to tow. My daughter's car got towed and not because it was parked anywhere it should have been it just didn't have a visitor pass which we had no idea about. Not only that but the apartments office is closed on Sunday! The to add to it there is 12 other vehicles all around where my daughters car was that have no parking pass and guess what they are still sitting there today! Wanna know why they are junk cars! That does not make it ok! And the tow truck came back through after towing ours. Never bothered to tow any other car. This is a complete scam for them to earn commission and off of the ones they know can pay. This is not the end of this!

Sorry company, I am 80 years old, my vehicle was towed away while i was parked in a handicap parking place while my permit was hanging on my rear view mirror. It cost me $320. to get it released and no one could tell me why'
