I called to get a price after the first visit. I was told specifically it was $347 to include labor. When they billed us it was $700+. I even told them we were on a fixed income to make sure we could budget the cost. I called and auto the office who apologized for their mistake. I was given an email address after I requested the manager. They gave me the wrong email address. I called and talked to the owner who basically blamed his employees. He would not correct or adjust the bill. My husband is a 80 year old disabled veteran and I’m 74. This is how we were treated! Read the other reviews as I’m not alone in their bad conduct.

I have called twice for an annual service for my unit with no return call. I had to drive to their office shortly after installation two (2) years ago because no one would return my calls or emails about a problem I was having with it. SWR may be responsive and available to other clients, but not to us.

Everyone a Shore Water has been very professional and helpful. My water conditioning sys has worked properly and my water is great.
I am now dealing with having Mountair poultry install a deep well and an iron filter. Peninsula Water Conditioning is contracted with Mountair to install the equipment. I wish Shore Water was doing it. Peninsula has not shown up for appointments or retuned calls as they said they would

Byron called us back promptly and came out to our house a few days later. He explained the water system to my husband and told him exactly what we needed to do to have clean water. He came out the following week and rebuilt our system and cleaned our instinct hot water system. We did get two other appraisals and both companies wanted thousands more. Thank you Byron & his team that gave us clean water!

The person that came to our house did not seem to know what he was doing. Our unit was installed back in 2017 by Shore Water and one of the parts (that had an arrow printed on it) was installed backwards. When we questioned this, we were told that's how the manufacturer does it. Backwards against water flow on purpose? My husband was able to correct the problems. We gave Shore Water another chance and lived to regret it. The water quality is worse and slower in rate. The guy that came out was told what we wanted for service and he did not do it. Tried to save my husband time by paying someone else to do this work ended up costing us more every time. We did better watching YouTube videos for the how-to. I do not recommend Shore Water.

Called on Wed PM, they arrive Thurs about 1:15 PM ( scheduled from 1 to 3)diagnosed problem, had parts on the truck,rebuild softener head, and on the way a little later....with all working well. How could one ask for anything better! Thank you.

I called Shore Water for what I thought was an issue with our filtration system. It wasn’t, but that didn’t stop Shore Water! They sent a plumber and a well expert to help diagnose our problem. No matter to whom I spoke, I was treated with understanding and respect, even though I often couldn’t answer their questions. Being without water was a terrible inconvenience, but they helped us with a temporary fix until the permanent solution is completed. I can’t thank them enough for their help. They deserve more than a Five Star rating!

Shore Water installed our system in about 4 hours. Everything works great. Our water is crystal clear. Byron did a follow up visit because I had questions. He took the time to explain it all to me and was very helpful. We should have gotten them in the first place.

My installer arrived before appt time and met with me as to what he would be doing. All my questions were answered as to understand what was done. This was important to me as I knew nothing about what had to be done. He was there earlier than scheduled, which I was thankful after having no water for three days. If you need water treatment this is the company to contact. Within ten minutes of calling Byron was at my house, got a materials list, two days later system was completely fixed. Very professional, clean and knowledgeable about treating your water. Mike talked to me about types of systems to correct my problem and never once pressured me into anything. I would highly recommend.

One learning curve glitch: when we had our house built, it did not include the landscaping so we did not focus on that aspect. Once we got to that phase we realized we needed a dual system to accommodate the water irrigation system we needed.
