Brown CAFE AND ROASTERY is a coffee shop and roastery that offers a variety of homemade items and catering services. With two convenient locations in Buena Vista and Salida, our cafe aims to provide a cozy and welcoming atmosphere for coffee enthusiasts.

Our menu features brewed coffee that can be prepared in large quantities, with options ranging from 10 gallons to 1/2 or 1-gallon servings. For those who prefer individual servings, we also offer airpot and carafe options that can accommodate up to 10/9oz cups or 20/8oz cups respectively. To complete your coffee experience, we provide condiments including a package of 8oz cups, 1 quart 1/2 & 1/2, 2 cups of sugar, and stir sticks.

In addition to coffee, we offer a delectable selection of baked goods. With a 24-hours lead time, customers can enjoy our mouthwatering Dark Chocolate Brownies, Neiman Marcus Bars, Seven Layer Bars, and a variety of muffins, scones, and Cranberry Oat Bars. You can trust that our baked goods are made from scratch, using the finest ingredients and made with love.

Whether you are looking to energize your team during a corporate event or need a delightful spread for a special occasion, our homemade items can be customized based on your catering needs. Please allow us 5 hours lead time for brewed coffee orders and 24 hours lead time for our delectable baked goods.
