The repairman arrived on time, was both knowledgeable and professional in carrying out his tasks. Took time to explain what had gone wrong with the electrical controls. He checked out the rest of the system and discovered a small leak, which he repaired. He’s quite the gentleman. I’m sure his parents are proud of him as is he with what he learned from them as a son.
